To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN JOB INTERVIEWS OR EMPLOYMENT. SUCCESS DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
# 9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
